Return & Exchange Policy
At FAYDAMALL, we strive to provide the best quality products and service to our customers. However, due to the nature of our products and to maintain fairness and transparency, we only offer exchanges under the following conditions:
1. Damaged Product Received
• We accept exchanges only if the product is received in a damaged condition.
• A complete unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the package being opened and the damage on the item.
2. Wrong Product or Size Delivered
• If you have received the wrong product or the wrong size, we will arrange an exchange.
• Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the product received.
Important Notes:
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging for an exchange to be processed.
• No exchange will be accepted without proper proof as stated above.
• We currently do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.
